Work It Out for SHE

Join us on Sunday February 8th, 2015 at the University of Toronto Athletic Centre (Upper Gym) from 1pm-4pm for an afternoon of FUN and FITNESS!

Each year, Robyn Henry from Work It Out Fitness Studios (http://workitoutfitness.ca) hosts an upbeat and energetic fitness event to raise funds for a local non-profit organization called Shaping Her Esteem, SHE (http://shapingheressteem.com). SHE is dedicated to providing free programs focused on health and wellbeing to young women - a healthy girl is a healthy family, and a healthy family is a healthy community.

Olympians, students, families, and members from the community will come together to support and/or participate in the day's activities:

~ Meet and greet with Olympian Annamay Pierse

~ Participate in both an INSANITY and ZUMBA workout

~ Get refreshed and refueled with drinks and snacks

~ Bid on attractive Silent Auction items: Raptors/Marlies/PanAms tickets, Hammam Spa package, and MORE!

~ Sport our special branded "Work It Out for SHE" tech tube as each participant will be gifted this great give-away

~ And MORE!
